There are several ways to report spam on Tumblr:
- Report a post: From the dashboard or in search results, tap or click the meatballs icon (the three dots) and choose “Report spam.”
- Report a message: Tap or click "Mark as spam" under the spammer's message. Note that "Mark as spam" won't appear if it's somebody you follow, or somebody you've already had a conversation with. But on mobile, you can always tap the three dots at the top of the conversation and choose "Mark as spam."
- Report a blog: On desktop or mobile web, report an entire blog from the dashboard by clicking on the blogname, then clicking on the meatballs icon, then choosing “Report spam.” In the apps, tap the blog's username to view their blog, then tap the little human icon, and then tap "Report."
- Report a group chat: You can report a group chat as a whole by tapping the group chat’s name and then selecting “Report” from the meatballs menu. Owners can also remove any individual or a specific message by tapping the avatar of the member in question and removing them from the group chat. You can also block or report members from this view.
