Transaction Issues and Refunds
Difficulty Buying a Subscription
If you're having trouble getting your subscription payment to go through, first check that you've entered your card information correctly.
If your payment still isn't going through, you'll need to try another card or contact your bank or credit card provider.
Fraud
If you believe that someone has fraudulently used your payment information to subscribe to a creator, please contact the payment processor:
- If the transaction was made via the iOS app (it'll show up as APPLE.COM/BILL in your bank or credit card statement), contact Apple Support. Tumblr can't assist with transactions made or attempted via the iOS app.

- If the transaction was made from web (it'll show up as TUMBLR COM in your bank or credit card statement), contact Tumblr Support.
We also strongly advise contacting your bank or credit card provider.
